Lauren Arrick
As Lauren's role as a stay at home wife and mom of three beautiful babies has come to an end, the next chapter needed to begin. Lauren wasn't sure what this would entail, but as she prayed, God reminded her that He had prepared her to work in the church and that was still His desire for her life. God opened the tools for her to use her desire and her training to take on the role as the life coach at Faith Baptist Church. With a master degree in mental health counseling from Marshall University, she has had many years of experience in helping others in their journey of growth. Upon obtaining her degree, Lauren realized that while therapy is valuable, her heart was drawn to a different path. Life coaching allows her to integrate her faith into her practice in a way that aligns perfectly with who she is. Coaching also gives her the freedom to approach mental health and relationships from a Christian perspective. Lauren has a desire to comfort, encourage, come alongside individuals on their faith-filled journey toward healing, growth, and transformation.

We believe there is only one true God, yet He exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. God is the Creator of all things and all things belong to Him and is under His control. God is holy, He is good, He is righteous and loving. God knows everything and has a purpose for each and every person. There is nothing that compares to Him.
We believe the Bible is 100% accurate. It is reliable and applicable to every time and every culture. It is the final authority on all matters.

Because of our sin and the love of God for mankind, He sent his Son to live upon this earth, die on a cross and arose again. It is through His Son that God offers each person who will believe in Jesus and accept Him as their Savior, eternal life. This is the only way man can be forgiven and reconciled to God. When one accepts this totally free gift, they are placed into the family of God and given new life, a new purpose, a new hope and new resources for living.

We invite you to join us for one of our services to see for yourself what FBC is all about. You will find our church friendly and relaxed. We have greeters at the door to assist you with any questions you may have.
We support missionaries in different parts of the world to help spread the Gospel of Christ, just as He commanded.
We are currently moving forward in reaching our goal to build a new Ministry Center to be used for all types of activities for the church and the community.
We believe God created us as individuals, whether you prefer casual dress or more traditional dress that is your choice. We also structure our services to be lively with music that is God focused, featuring some of the great hymns that we know along with newer contemporary music.
The most important event to take place at FBC is the preaching and teaching of God’s word. The messages are straight from the Bible and relevant to helping you grow in your relationship with Christ. All our classes from nursery to older adults are Christ centered and enjoyable. So, when you come to Faith, just be yourself and enjoy your time with us.
